Return policy for Vintage HiFi Gear.
Due to the nature of vintage electronics, many of them 50 years old, there is no warranty expressed or implied. I test the item before shipping and assure it functions properly when it leaves here. I take great care in packaging these items very carefully. I highly recommend that you add insurance to your order to cover you for any damage caused by the shipper. When the item is delivered, please inspect the box asap for any damage caused by the carrier. If noticeable damage can be seen on the box, please photograph it right away in case you need to file a claim. I encourage you to hook the item up as soon as possible when you receive it. I am here for any common issues regarding set up, or functioning. Don't hesitate to call me at 704-660-9440 M-F 9am to 6pm EST. Common issues could be something as simple as a Tape Monitor button, Speaker, or Input Selector in the wrong position.

We have done our best to provide you with information on how to measure your sizing before you ordered your item. If your measurements weren’t right on, and you must return the item (for exchange only), we need to charge a 10% restocking fee to offset our additional costs involved with handling the return. If we have no acceptable exchange in stock, we will issue you a refund, but there is a 20% stock balance fee. All shipping costs in both directions will be the responsibility of the customer. If a customer chooses not to follow our guidance on size selection, and the item you receive does not fit correctly, no return privileges are available. Please spend the few minutes necessary to make your purchase a pleasant experience.

General Policy
Absolutely no returns will be accepted without Prior Approval via phone or email. We will issue you an RMA number that will need to be included with your return. Returns without prior approval will either be refused, or subject to a minimum 20% Restock fee. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of your item. We highly encourage you to try on your suit as soon as it arrives.
