General Policy
Absolutely no returns will be accepted without Prior Approval via phone
or email. We will issue you an RMA number that will need to be included
with your return. Returns without prior approval will either be refused, or subject
to a minimum 20% Restock fee. Return requests must be made within 1 week of receipt
of your item.
Restocking Fees
Remember that we closely discussed sizing with you when you ordered your item. If
your measurements weren’t right on, and you must return the item (for exchange only),
we need to charge a 10% restocking fee to offset our additional costs involved with
handling the return. If we have no acceptable exchange in stock, we will issue you
a store credit. All shipping costs in both directions will be the responsibility
of the customer.
If a customer chooses not to follow our guidance on size selection, and the item
you receive does not fit correctly, no return privileges are available. Please spend
the few minutes necessary to make your purchase a pleasant experience.
All approved returns must include all original packaging, warranty cards, felt bags,
and must be in new, and resalable condition. If items are missing, the return is
subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
